Plus, it's family owned & operated. Staff is super friendly! Love the kids meals! (I eat them as a grown-ass adult due to perfect portion sizing) Hot dog is great. I get the Breakfast-Burrito on hangover weekends and appreciate Chispa's being open in the AM. Burrito is good, not the best, but def worth a try. Place is super clean & cute! I also appreciate the service, attention to detail, the availability of being fast but not sloppy in the least bit, and their selection of quality good grub choices! The food was FANTASTIC! Everything was made to order and tasted fresh! We ordered: 1. El Pastor burrito @ $11.50 Includes your choice of protein and toppings with some at an extra cost 2. Kids cheese quesadilla @ $6.95 Includes rice, beans and a drink 3. Ceviche with the added extra avocado @ $12.95 4. 3 rolled potato tacos @ $6.95 5. 2 Mexican Cokes Spent around $50 with tip. For this price and the quality of service and food I think is well worth it. In fact, I had Señor taco the previous day for the same amount and less food and the quality was terrible! It would be a lot tastier with some creamy chipotle sauce or guacamole. It's not really worth it, when you can get a giant cheeseburger at Whataburger for the same price. ”

It is a truly a hole in the wall, and it's so convenient that they offer a drive-thru and takeout, which makes it a much better option than a typical fast food drive-thru. The breakfast burritos were absolutely delicious! We tried one with bacon and one with steak, and both were delightful. The steak was wonderfully tender and full of flavor, while the bacon was perfectly cooked. The hot sauce was just the right balance--adding a nice kick without being too spicy. Service is hit or miss, but today it was great. Will be back soon! ”

“ We were in town visiting family for Thanksgiving and decided we were tired of the leftovers in the fridge so I yelped breakfast burritos and we chose this place based on the reviews. It certainly did not disappoint!!! I was planning to only eat half of my burrito and save the rest for the next morning but it was too yummy to stop eating! We ordered 1 bacon, 1 steak, and 2 chorizos and everyone was happy with their choice. We ordered at the drive thru window and we did not have to wait long. They came out hot and freshly made. The stickers on the wrappers were a cute touch. I definitely recommend their breakfast burritos and supporting a small business! ”

“ O M G. This is what you would call that tiny "hole in the wall" place that has the most amazing food! Seating looks like a little diner. We happened across it coming back from a work appointment and not wanting chain food. We dropped in on a whim and so glad we did! You order at the counter where you pick the type of meal (taco, burrito, bowl or quesadilla), then you pick your protein and then your toppings! It may seem easy but you have so much to choose from. The counter person was also great and knowledgeable of the menu. Make sure you stop in here for the most amazing Mexican food! ”

Honorable mentions: Chorizo & Egg burrito is a hit for the Kid with cilantro & onion added and avocado salsa on the side... I dig the burrito with veggies, I switch up between refried beans and pinto, add pickled onion, carrots and jalapens and the avocado salsa on it. Civeche Stuffed Papa Breakfast bowl hit a pocket I didn't know existed Carne fries are delicious, I'd stuff 2 orders in if I were physically capable Horchata yum Oj yum yum Quesadilla is massive Birria tacos on Wednesday & Thursday I thoroughly enjoy this place and it is one of maybe 2 other "drive thru" establishments I am willing to drive through. “ First time trying Chispa's and woooow it hit the spot for Taco Tuesday! I got the tuesday special which consisted of 4 birria tacos with consomé. The quality of the meat was amazing for getting it thru a drive- thru fast service restaurant. The comsomé was nice and hot to dip the tacos in. I am impressed. I was only able to get thru one taco since it is so rich and full of flavor. Looking forward to left overs and exploring some other tasty options on the menu ”
